Naledi Mohohlo

Naledi leads Sidus Strategic Solutions with a hands-on approach to transformation, partnering directly with leadership teams to make sure strategy doesn't stay on the page, but shows up in how the organisation actually runs.

She founded Sidus to answer a problem she kept meeting first-hand — the distance between a well-argued strategy and the day-to-day reality of delivering it. Rather than hand over a report and step away, she stays in that gap, shoulder to shoulder with the teams who have to make the change real.

Her method is deliberately practical: diagnose honestly, design what can actually be delivered, mobilise the people and governance to carry it, and stay until the change holds on its own.
