Strategy-to-Execution Enablement
Translating strategy into sequenced, deliverable action — closing the gap between the plan and the people who run it.
Strategic Solutions · Botswana
Sidus Strategic Solutions helps organisations adapt, evolve and grow in an increasingly technology-driven world — pairing strategic insight with the discipline to actually implement it.
About Sidus
A consultancy built to close the gap between an ambitious strategy and the people who have to run it.
Sidus Strategic Solutions is dedicated to helping organisations adapt, evolve and grow in an increasingly technology-driven environment. By combining strategic insight with practical implementation expertise, we partner with leadership teams to align strategy, people, processes and technology.
The result is meaningful, sustainable transformation — practical solutions designed, and systems implemented, to improve performance, accountability and long-term sustainability rather than standalone technical upgrades.
Vision
To be a trusted partner in enabling organisations to thrive through digital and business transformation.
Mission
To empower organisations to achieve operational excellence, innovation and growth by integrating strategy, technology and human capability.
What we stand for
We advise the way we'd want to be advised — with candour, before comfort.
New thinking applied to real problems, never technology for its own sake.
We work alongside leadership teams, not over them.
Measured by the change that remains after the engagement ends.
The S · Six Service Pillars
Six connected capabilities spanning strategy, technology, delivery and data — deployed together, not in isolation.
Translating strategy into sequenced, deliverable action — closing the gap between the plan and the people who run it.
Informed, value-driven technology decisions — ICT strategy, enterprise system selection and investment planning aligned to business objectives.
Structured process improvement and systems enablement that lifts service delivery, cost efficiency and organisational agility.
Standing up the governance, delivery cadence and operating rhythm that gets initiatives moving.
Disciplined delivery — scope, risk, dependencies and stakeholders held together through to outcome.
Turning data into visibility — reporting and measures that keep performance on track long after go-live.
How we work
A four-stage engagement model that keeps momentum from first assessment through to self-sustaining performance.
Assess the operating environment and identify the bottlenecks holding performance back.
Create a practical roadmap with sequenced priorities and clear ownership.
Establish governance and a delivery cadence that turns plans into motion.
Build the reporting and capability to keep performance improving after we leave.
Most transformation programmes fail quietly — not at the strategy stage, but in the gap between the plan and the people who have to run it.
The Sidus philosophy
Founder & Principal Consultant
Founder & Principal Consultant
Naledi founded Sidus to answer a problem she kept seeing first-hand: the distance between a well-argued strategy and the day-to-day reality of delivering it. Sidus exists to stand in that gap — working shoulder to shoulder with leadership teams rather than handing over a report and stepping away.
Her approach is deliberately hands-on: design what is practical, mobilise the people and governance to carry it, and stay until the change holds on its own.
